PolyNotifier (“the App”, “we”, “us”) sends you real-time alerts about notable trading activity on public prediction markets. This policy explains what the App collects, why, and how it is handled. The App is operated by Cabbry, an independent developer based in France (the “data controller”).

The App does not use the AppTrackingTransparency framework because it does not track you. It contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics SDKs.
The data above is sent to our own server and stored in a private database hosted on our own hardware in France (EU). It is used solely to operate the alert service. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Alerts are derived from publicly available prediction-market trade data. This public market data is not personal information about you, and none of your information is sent to prediction-market operators. When you tap an alert, the App opens the corresponding public market page in your browser.
Device tokens and preferences are retained while your subscription is active. When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the associated device record is no longer used to send alerts and is removed during routine cleanup. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited data described above. Because we hold no account or contact details, deleting the App and cancelling the subscription stops all further processing; to request removal of any stored device record, contact us.
The App concerns financial-style prediction-market activity and is not directed to children. It is intended for adults.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
